The overhaul of best-sellers and development of new products focused on simplicity, functionality, and refined craftsmanship, ensuring each piece stands out in a crowded market. Throughout the process, compatible manufacturers were identified and designs were meticulously refined to align with target costs, positioning Überleben leader in the outdoor bushcraft category.
